Saison aged in red wine barrels for 10 months then dosed with 100 lbs. each of fresh Sauzee Queen White Donut Peaches and June Pearl White Nectarines from Collins Family Orchards. Tropical Brettanomyces notes blend with fresh Nectarine and Peaches.
An ode to the mighty Steelhead. River Ghost is a classic NW IPA made with 100% Salmon-Safe Amarillo (Crosby Farms) and Jarrylo (Roy Farms) Hops and malt from Skagit Valley and Mainstem. Brewed in collaboration the Native Fish Society, a portion of a proceeds will be donated to their fish protections and restoration work.
West Coast IPA
Collaboration beer brewed with Narrows brewing – Tacoma, WA. This West Coast style IPA is loaded with Simcoe, Idaho 7 and a blend of CTZ and Chinook Cryo Powder that create a blend of dank, woody and berry notes.
Golden Brett ale dry-hopped with HBC 630 & Strata. Blended and aged for 10 months in oak
